Default Any mechanics please chime in i need help:(

Alright guy's i have a 93 ford explorer 4.0l v6 and this just happened today go fig with my luck. Ok was driving my truck like normal no issues that all sudden i heard like this big sound from pass. side almost like something let go like when i hit a pot-hole so i immeadtly pull over look underneath nothing i thought worst cv axle blew out but nothing. So i go and drive and i know my gear box isn't best cause seal on it leak's but besides that had that problem before. i go to turn left it's fine no issues i go to turn right and almost sounds like a bearing rolling around and sometimes the wheel will want to turn itself back real quick at ya.

* I have powersteering fluid it's full
* I know my pump is going but i still have power steering and not like im driving without it.

I'd deff appericate the help guy's i was thinkn maybe ball joint but i gotta get the truck in air to see if will shakes back and forth when i move it.

Jack the front end up, and take ahold of your front tires, one side at a time, and wiggle them from side to side, and then grab the top and bottom of the tire and rock it, you will be able to tell if its loose or not, I mean to me thats what it sounds like, not just being a mechanic, but last summer the drivers side front wheel bearing let loose going 70 down the interstate in our 03 Avalanche, and that was one hell of a ride, scared the shit right out of me....
