Default blew my rear end

i just broke my rear gear or spider. i was just sitting at a stop light waiting to go and i took off like a normal person this time. i hear this wam and i wanst going forward. i guess thats what i get for putting in a cheap summit racing brand rear gear in. guess my truck isnt ment for 342HP, 318WHP 353 ft/lbs of torq.

the last pic i have rear gear oil sprayed all over my tailgate. it must have happened 100ft b4 the spot light as there was a oil line following my truck.

i doubt that. i can show you 5 of those rears right nwo with well over 500hp on them. one with a big block with a 300 fogger shot on it. all dead hook.

gm gears, moser axles, correct assembly it will last a long time.

or i have a 9 inch housing cut for that truck sitting in my garage.

It's impressive that it went the way it did.
I'm used to gears shearing, axles breaking, or whole nodular sections cracking and breaking.
I've never seen someone make a jack-o-lantern out of their pumpkin like that.

(thanks for sharing / sorry it happened)
