Default How to cut sheet metal in the door?

I am putting some ID OEMs in the doors of my Honda Pilot but the magnet is too big to clear the precut hole. How could I cut this out without butchering up my door too bad? Here's a pic of what I'm working with

best bet, but maybe most time consuming would be to use a corded drill with a high grit metal sand paper on a sindle attachment. It could take a while but using any sort of saw will make that hack job effect your trying to avoid.

Sawzall in little grooves all the way around, then hit the little cuts with a hammer and it will start to bend back alittle at a time. Thats what i did in my car. (honda accord)
