Default HELP!!!!!!

i hope this is in the right place if not please move it


ok i need to know how to replace a water pump on a 91 honda accord if you can give me a site i can go to and find sum info on it that would be great or if you know how to do yourself that also would be great

Please help me guys i have been working on my car for 2 days now and i can not figure it out at all

any input would be awsome

drain the coolant
remove all the belts and hoses
remove the waterpump
replace the waterpump
replace the belts and hoses
replace the coolant

i have the book on it it just dont show how to remove stuff . and it says to take off one of the motor mounts and i dont if i should have to do all that just to get to the water pump do i really have to do all that ?

Well here is the deal with honda. If you have to remove the timing belt take it to a pro because it is very hard to get it lined back up right. I did that to my built motor integra when i put cam gears on it and bent every one of my sixteen valves. Thats what caused it it be built.

i own a haynes book but its no help really. and there wanting 600 plus to fix the water pump lol thats insane at the honda dealer

Im not sure what is involved with replaceing the water pump but just remember what i said about the timing belt.

If the pump is run in line with the timing, then look at the manual under timing. Focus on the timing, it'll lead to the pump.
