Default yukon electrical troubleshooting.HELP!!

aside from bad balljoints and leaky waterpump...i jumped in my truck this morning and turned the key in the ignition. suddenly sparks started shooting out of the ignition and my arm went all tingly (got a bit of a woody) and my keys suddenly got so hot they blistered my hands as i frantically pulled them out of the ignition. since this happened my electric windows do not work, my head unit/radio does not work, my abs light is stuck on,and my ac and blower are non responsive. somthin bad happened. now ive checked every fuse under the dash and under the hood. none of them are sploded an stuff. so now i have no idea what it could be. its a 1996 2dr yukon. any suggestions would help. im at a loss for ideas and dont have 120 for the gm dealership to rip into it to try and diagnose it. please help.

I Blame The ALARM & OR REMOTE START..

if you don't have an alarm... I still blame the alarm & or remote start... I just blame the alarm & or remote start which you didn't know you had.

Good Luck.

I had my motor rebuilt May 09. A couple of months later I got a tingle anytime I put the key in the ignition. The problem was wires had been pinched between the block and something other engine component. The guys at the shop clipped them, put new pigtails on, and re-routed them.

sorry ive not replied sooner. my internet recently became a political prisoner in my roomates room when he left and forgot to tell us where the router was hidden...found it though haha. i found the problem. everytime i turn the key my ignition would turn in the collumn a little. i knew that because sometimes it got stuck or wouldnt turn without a lot of convincing by way of small prybar. well i also didnt know that i there was a bare wire in there that it could ground out on. it charred that wire and seems to have welded a few fuses into the main fuse box under the hood. about 75 bones later all fuses, wires, and box have been replaced.
