Default Need help with remote start.

Just bought a 95 Tbird Saturday it came with a Hornet (not sure which model) security system with remote start. well everything was working perfect then the other day i saw a curious black button and started pushing it and now the remote start flat out doesn't work. the module clicks but fuel pump doesn't even kick on. anyone know how to quick fix this?

another thing I'm pretty sure the brake switch is going out... so... help?

you might be able to reset it by disconnecting the battery for 10 mins but i do believe that button you pressed is a bypass of some sort

I know that with the Viper alarms these things happen when you play with the valet switch, you may have activated your starter kill or something like that...not sure how the hornet ones work. The model of your alarm should be somewhere on the brain...trace your valet button wire to find the brain...google the alarm and find the PDF and see how to take it out of this mode..or call hornet may be better idea.

To enter or exit Valet® Mode:
1. Turn the ignition on.
2. Turn the ignition off.
3. Press and release the Valet®
switch within 10 seconds.
The status LED will light steadily to indicate that you have entered
Valet® Mode and will turn off when you have exited Valet® Mode.
