I would HIGHLY suggest surfing Honda-tech for a good, long while. That kit you posted is full of Chinese SHIT...literally. When it comes to turboing a car, do it right the first time. Granted it's going to cost you a lot more than $1200, but at least you won't blow up your motor when you do it properly.
I would seriously piece together a kit, it's not that hard:
intercooler and all piping
downtube from exhaust side of turbo to exhaust piping
blow off valve and wastegate.
boost controller (or just use the wastegate spring, but I wouldn't do that)
Walbro in-tank fuel pump (no rising rate externals)
wideband O2 (for tuning and TRUE A/F ratios)
Gauges: boost, wideband gauge (these are the most important) temp...whatever else you want to add
Exhaust: get a Thermal R&D
And last and certainly the most important part...ECU tuning. If you wanted to really do it proper, go AEM standalone.
