Are you planing on running those subs in series to get a 1 ohm load? I hope.

And yes, the subs will split the output so roughly 1k each.

I tried it that way with mine, now I am taking them back out of the box to wire the coils parallel and the subs in series. I had barely any output like that.

Coils in series and Subs in parallel will yield the exact same output as Coils in parallel and subs in series. Unless you wired them incorrectly to begin with.

Did you set the gain correctly?

I have Pos in from amp, neg to pos from coil to coil, and neg back out on both subs. hu has 4v outputs, gain @ about 1/4 which would match the 4v. dual 1 ohm coils, ~1ohm load. subsonic @ ~35, lpf @ ~100. subs barely move, i can just feel vibration. doubt subs wired wrong, I have been installing for 13yrs, and I double checked. I think my ring terminalsfor power and ground are $#!T, getting new tomorrow.

how have you set your gains. What is your subsonic set at? What is your HPF set at? Bass Boost, etc.

I've used a DD-1 to set my 2 2200d's that I have strapped. My gains are much higher than I assumed they should be. HPF should be around 80 as a start atleast. Subsonic (I don't use it), Bass boost off. Basically if you want a general idea of where your gain can be set.
If you know how to figure it. It's very simple to get a general idea with a dmm where you're setting your gains at your nominal before rise etc.
