Default Low wattage 4 18" DC build <--- feedback?

I really want to do 4 18" lvl 4 DC's. You may ask why lvl 4? they are lower power and are rated 1000rms. My plan was to go 4 lvl 4's and a single Soundstream xxx 4000d. I know it's not exactly 4k at 1ohm. But I don't have the cash to really spend on a nice amp. But I was gunna fund this project by getting rid of my almost new mayhem and mint RUB2500 for 3 blown lvl 4's. Not it doesn't matter if they have upgrades or different coils. Cuz I'll recone them to be all the same as needed. I know I'll have to beef up my power supply, but not like I would as if I was going to run 4 mayhems. and I have already designed a box to fit in my SUV, tuned to 28hz. It would be a cheaper more simple build, I'm not really getting to fancy with it. But after this build, I'll prolly be done for a while. but my question was, is this ok? Practical? Any ideas or feedback to help me out?

Yes im sorry, meant to say without displacement. (26^3ft gross)
It's like 20-21 cubes. That's what dc recommended. It's going into a ford exploder, and keep in mind, I have a huge port.

200" of port isn't really that much for a 20-21 cube box. But yea 4 18's in an explorer is cool (I did it )It was my daily driver and I thought after I did it I'd be done for a while too but yeaaa, that don't usually happen lol.

Slot port usually 12-16 inches per cube. Aero's can get away with a little less.
