Default Big 3 question

Hey everyone,
So, I finally got around to installing a new system in my mustang (2000 v6) and decided to do the big three due to lights dimming. Here's some background info first.
I'm currently running an MB Quart DSC1500.1d on a single SkarVVX-12 D2
Stock alt (130 amp i believe) and Deka battery.
Before I did the upgrade my battery with car off would rest at 12.2v 14.1 idle.
After I did the upgrade (with 0ga wire) my voltage rose to 12.33 with car off and 14.53 idle, however.... lights dim even more now.
My power and ground wire are 4ga wire with a 100 amp fuse near my battery.

Am I missing something? Ill post pics of my big 3 a little later when I get my new phone (probably tonight or tomorrow).
I did alt+ to batt+
batt- to alt casing
and bat- to chassis

Is my big 3 shorting? Or is it working and I just need to upgrade my battery? Any suggestions would be appreciated!
Thanks!

Take a run from your negative battery to your engine block.

Also I always use 1/0 gauge. Depending on your car, it could have had 4gauge on it for stock

You say you upgraded to 0ga, but you have 4ga near your battery. You should go with all 0ga and see it that helps.

Okay let me clarify, all big three wires are 1/0ga wire.
Alt+ to Bat+
Bat- to Chassis
Bat- to block

All of which are 1/0ga

My power and ground wire for my amp is 4ga wire, grounded in the trunk to the body

Do a run chassis to engine block or alt casing to strut.

Some cars with no matter how many batts, will always have dimming.

replace 4 gauge with 1/0 if possible, and check if any wire is getting hot at all, loose terminal rings can cause an array of problems

I actually checked all my connections and they were fine. Also wired a new battery in parallel in the trunk and lights still dim quite a bit. Dont know what my problem is. I have battery in back grounded to front battery and chassis and the amp itself is grounded to back battery. Can't figure out why my lights are dimming so much.
