Default deck cutting out...

Having problems with my deck cutting out when my subs are hitting. Only on high volume. They are cutting out to the point where subs playing good but theres no words.

My system consists of a JVC kx810 double din, kicker components, jl tweets, audioque 2200, and 2 15" dl lvl 4 xls. Is it a power loss issue or what? It did this with my previous deck but the stereo was much smaller?

Im not a pro at this but I know a little bit.. any input appreciated! thanks

Do you have an amp on your speakers? Or just your subs?

my friend had this problem, until he put his speakers on an amp.

Add an extra ground on your headunit, and how low does your voltage dip when you have everything turned up?

Too low of voltage at HU (due to too small of power/ground wiring or bad connections) or too low of an impedance wired to the channels on the HU.

Just go ahead and run your speakers to the amp if you're gonna go in there working on it. Why waist time on some thing that will just get redone anyway IMO

I have tested that amp about a bazillion times. I know what it does clean, clipped, dirty, loaded, unloaded, wired down, low voltage, good voltage, after it hot, while it's cool, on caps, on batts, where it protects, what's thermal limits are and just about anything else anyone would care to know about it.

But thanks for chiming in. Your opinion is duly noted.
