Default fellow sub builders.

So im bolting a ti basket to my soundstream xxx motor. The bolts are positioned to the back of the bolt holes like in the picture. Should i use a washer under the bolt or will it be alright? Each bolt is like this..

Ps. i obviously plan on using ca glue also

for personal preferance i would put a small washer ..
but i have seen many people do it without adding a washer... but in my eyes thats alot of ass hanging off that thing and id want a little more surface area contacting the basket

bolts length is perfectly fine, the bolt head is also fine. The way the bolt holes in the motor line up with the holes in the basket, this positions the bolt towards the back of the hole so 1/2 of the head is on the back side of the basket hole

I think having the pressure on one side of the bolt head might be bad i would flatten the basket so the head sits flush on the basket.but thats just me

you do realize people dont put CA glue on the NBolt heads right? its a asphalt based glue, like CP Moyen that we use. extra insurance. shit you can drip some in the threaded hole if you want. but yes, add a washer, and why not a locking washer also.
