Default Reconing a Sub from parts step by step?

Anyone have a link to a step by step recone process from parts? I wanted my recone faster so I changed my order to just parts and couldn't find any youtube videos that show how to recone from scratch.

But I guess my biggest questions are:

Do I need to sand the black paint off the basket where teh surround and spider will attach? (if so why don't they come not painted lol)

How do I know where to attach the spider to the vc height wise? Like what position along it?

And same goes for the triple joint ring and cone.

BTW its a recone for a nsv2 12 with zv3 spiders and I think zv3 cone.

maybe. I know his last couple builds were like 8 skar 8s and he tried 2 zv3 18s on a 4500.

Thanks man. If I need help I will give you a call. But I got some work ahead of me for now with cleaning off the basket. Hoping a thinner should take it off.
