Default pros and cons of pro audio

im looking to get some crescendo pwx 6 and precision tweets thing that sucks is i have to get some fiberglass pods built due to the depth of the crescendos whats everyones suggestion on pro audio whats the pros and cons im going to be spending 250 for someone to build both pods for me there going in a town car do yall think its worth it or is it better to just get components

Watch some youtube videos, look up a few guides in our tutorial section, and learn how to do it yourself. There are ways to mount them but they won't look 'that great' by adding long bolts to just hang them out further ( probably more ways ). I'd rather have nice looking setup though. Just keep in mind. If you do anything permanent, make sure that's what you want, and won't want anything more in a few weeks lol. Build it all at once.

thats one con.... glassing pods

one pro is that pwx's look pretty good when their installed right,
and 2nd pro... they do get loud on 100 watts each

yea im going to be running them on a skar 85.4 i like the loudness i might just bite the bullet and get some pods built for my door wish i could do it my self but rather have a pro hook me up

mounting depth is too deep? Do you have a router? I know a couple guys on here will cut you some extra baffles to offset them for fairly cheap.

Pro audio usually gets very loud. They are designed to be used in concerts, stadiums etc... If you don't set it up right it can be very easy to have a harsh response.

Doing things like playing with the xover points and sealing off the rear wave of the mids would help a lot.

Non pro audio is very generic and will fit most applications (unlike pro audio).
