I am sure this has happened to a lot of you.
But when I order subs from a company or anything really, and they send me the wrong stuff. No biggie, shit happens but that isnt what irks me. Like recently I was sent 3 subs i ordered with the wrong impedances... not cheap subs either. So I send them back and 3 weeks later they show up. Baskets are scratched and beat to hell from being reconed, you can see the grinder marks everywhere and the bottom of the motor is all scratched and dinged up.
WTF? I order BRAND NEW subs from you, you send me the wrong shit and i get back what appears to be subs that appear to be 3 years old...beat to hell and just been reconed.
This has happened more than a few times and not from just one company. Why is it that companies cannot take care of their customers stuff? Even BRAND NEW stuff
A buddy ordered a brand new amp from a well reputable company.... amp came in with pieces inside loose....like a bunch of pieces. The company said to send it to DB-R for repairs.... amp came back from DB R with severely bent tabs...scratched up case missing two set screws....the whole nine yards.....
