Default Wiring dvc and svc subs together?

I have 2 mtx 9500 one duel 4 and the other single 4 can i hook them up togther and will they both get the same power or will the dvc use more

not only would it use more but they couldnt be in a common airspace IIRC

just hook up the single vc and only 1 of the dual vc so the amp will see 2 ohms. it may be ghetto but should work. i have seen alot of people do that.

Didnt think of that. Try it. Whats the worst that can happen. Are they the same version of the 9500? Just start at low volume, and slowly turn it up.

Not really a good idea to just run 1 coil from the dvc sub alone....I thought both had to be hooked up together to prevent damage to the speaker. I wouldn't suggest running a dvc and svc subs together. Either get rid of the other or just run 1 by itself.

Worse i see is the power wire running out of the hood and into the door jam outside of the car. So outside the a pillar.

I ran a image dynamics on a singe coil for about a month in my ht before i reconed it. Idk about multiple subs. The dvc might have more mass, and lower the fs and mess uo the setup. Make the box a dual chamber and do it. Only way to really know is try.

I am pretty sure i can find some shit dvc and svc and do some test an see. I have always thought u needed both coil hooked up. We will see
