Default Two amps one sub? (DVC) anyone do this?

Seems like it would be theoretically fine, just curious about if anyone is running something like this? Not strapped though unfortunately.

Well I've got an AP-3000d, which is two amps bridged inside so they wouldn't be strappable. But yeah gain match em on the dimm.

Well, its an Fi-SP4 18. Buttt I'm pretty sure I'm only seeing 1500-2000 out of the amp after rise and whatnot. When I've got it going full tilt my lights aren't even dimming on stock electrical. Meh I don't know, I might not even bother as the gain in spl is prob not really all that much, probably try and increase the enclosure size first but it was a thought.

Yeah I expected it to a bit. Maybe the alternators on 06-mustang gt's (v8) are beefy? Subs dual .7's so about 1.6 on the dimm. Amps rated at 3000 @ 2ohm. I have it set in for 70 volts ~ 2500 watts at max (wanted to avoid clipping). Full tilt the lights dim but its very slight. The sub is def moving though, I'm going to try and measure the voltage drop sometime.

something might be wrong I had my stock batt plus a group 31 batt in my bravada when I had it and it dimmed a good amount also you might have crazy box rise so that could be a reason why you have slight dimming only
