Default Can anyone here EASILY make rings??

I'm needing a LOT of rings for a port project and was wondering if anyone here had access to a way to easily cut lots of them. Something like a cnc or similar. I had a contact with one, but that has since dissolved. I'm needing 8.75" ID, 10.5" OD, and .75" thick rings. Preferably MDF, and I need 35-40 of them. I'm not looking for someone with a router and a circle jig; I have all that. That is a very long and tedious process. Hence why I'm seeing if there is anyone with machinery that can complete all this more easily.

I know toolmaker has done some CNC work with thinner MDF. You might could ask him if he could do it.

I have tested that amp about a bazillion times. I know what it does clean, clipped, dirty, loaded, unloaded, wired down, low voltage, good voltage, after it hot, while it's cool, on caps, on batts, where it protects, what's thermal limits are and just about anything else anyone would care to know about it.

But thanks for chiming in. Your opinion is duly noted.

I think it's probably because that sub is not moving enough to allow it to cool.. Id turn the gain up a bit so it moves more for cooling reasons.. That's why it's hard on subs to be underpowered..
