we can get real close to 240 at idle. i can't promise it though. i can promise 300+ peak and 220+ idle though.
if someone else has a ad244/dr44 6phase/ hairpin design then i would go with that, as those will decimate with idle output and alternator efficiency(less drag on the engine, less heat produced, less stress on the rectifier). We've been trying to make one for a while now, but it's going to involve custom tooling a case.... Our 6phase/ hairpin is limited to a modified version of the stock case, which has a smaller diameter.
