There has to be a fabricator or someone that works with metal where you're at....check out some local shops

I tried here but they are scared doing custom things!

I have the money for sure I just want the fabricator to made that bracket and send it to me and I will pay him what he wants and I will pay the shipping costs!

I need someone can fabricate the bracket on any optima 2011-2013 and then send it!

Thank you guys, Appreciate it.

Best Regards.

Even if you fit a dual alt kit on there, I doubt your engine is going to handle it well. What size engine do you have? If it's a 4cyl you can forget it, v6 possibly but you still probably won't get full power out of your alts.

I'd say your better off just getting quality wiring/batteries to be as efficient as possible.

Good luck

Thank you BRO,
It's i4 2.0l hahahahahahahahahaha.

I did alternator upgrade (rewinded) it came with smaller pulley and was slipping and putting stress on the tensioner pulley due to the smaller sized pulley is harder to turn!

Got 13.8 at idle instead of 14.3 (Car warmed) when I rev it I get 14.1 upgraded and 14.3 stock unit!

I was running crescendo BC3500 at 1ohm stock front battery for testing without rear batteries at all,
I hit 11ish lowest! When I swapped the alternator by the upgraded one I had 10volts lowest with upgraded battery under the hood !

I had BIG 3 on both alternators and the stock unit outperformed the upgraded unit.
Since then I've been upset and hated my car!

I paid 500 $ for that alternator, What a waste!

I need someone can bring back my happiness in this life by manufacturing powerful alternator for my application!

I wish that guy refund me that alternator I bought.

Big thanks guys, Best Regards.

I'm not an alternator tech kind've guy but you're going to be better off with a lower amperage alternator. I had a DC 270xp on my 4cyl engine and it def was able to bog my engine down. Your best bet would be to call DC Power Engineering and see if they make a HO Alt for your vehicle. Usually if they don't, either will Mechman or Singer but you could at least give them a call too.

I wouldn't do a rewind, they seem to turn out like shit, as you found out.. Lol.

Worse case run your stock alt since it's obviously running better than your "upgrade" and get a decent electrical. 3500w is doable with a nice battery reserve but you won't be playing for long periods of time with that alt.
