Default what would be the best option?

so i recently moved into an apartment so now i have nowhere to build boxes or do any of that, which sucks sense i moved right in the middle of my build. I have changed direction more towards something sealed under my backseat instead of a center console because i dont want it to be as visible and run the risk of getting my stuff stolen sense i now park in a parking lot at night. I have my eyes on a sealed box for under my back seat that will house 4 8's, two separate chambers that are 1.08^3 each and have a mounting depth of 7". So now i am on the hunt for the right drivers for this application.

my power will be a ED nine.1 so [email protected]

So the drivers have to meet these specs:
300 watt rms
> 6" mounting depth
work in .54^3 sealed including sub displacement
be available in D2 vc

as of right now im looking at SD-2's or E8V3's (or maybe E8V2's) or AB XD8's, its hard to chose as it seems no companies know how to post recommended sealed specs on some of these, so im basically going off what people have done, and suggest. I am also open to other suggestions.

nice! i might consider those, i have never been let down by a dayton product before, and they would be different, i wonder how hard it would be to get rid of them if i didnt like them.

because i am set on power and i would prefer not to drop to .5 ohm

If you wouldn't be able to resell them here, you can try a home theater forum. I am considering ordering 12 of them to replace my polk rt3000p subwoofers. I've read really good things about the Dayton's. Also, parts express gives you a little discount when ordering 4 of them.

I owned many 9.1's and never had issues running at 1/2 ohm. But I agree that it might not be worth the risk when running sealed enclosures.

I had the e8v3s and I can honestly say they were some boss 8s. Dont be fooled by the e series v3, its a little heavy weight and can really handle some power. I really recommend them but I just sold all mine.

This is a little unconventional.. but have u considered the Infinity Ref 860w?

I ran 4 8" Refs on the sub channel of a ED NINe.5 and it was VERY impressive!
