Default Building around wheel wells. Post up pictures and advice

My wheel wells are really messing with me on this wall build. I didn't want to have to fiberglass them because of the costs but I'm starting to think I don't have a choice. Can you guys post up any pictures you have of fiber glasses wheel wells and any advice you might have? I'd appreciate it

It's not that bad really....I cut the spots out for the wheel wells, used expanding foam to fill in the gaps since the cuts weren't perfect. Trimmed the foam down than just went at it

SUVs don't look soo bad. My 2 door civic on the other hand. The rear deck comes down half way over the wheel well so the bottom, sides, and back all meet right at the wheel well

Fiberglassing will actually keep it simple, because making a small rectangle of wood around the wheel wells just means way more cuts, maybe some weird ones, difficult bracing and loss of air space... Fiberglassing isn't that expensive, because it's not like you're making your whole roof out of it...

What's the best way to figure out how much air space they consume?

Hey minion...I mean Doug LOL...

There's a pic on here somewhere and dunno who had it but a single DD sub box around the wheel, spare tire area...it was badass...not sure how the wood was bent to shape the form around the radius.

Oh crap...I'm thinking spare tire area....not wheel well. Uh oh well. Still tho it was dam awesome to see and still utilize the spare tire instead of ditching it.

Probably won't be able to figure it out without calculus... but you can come close enough just by breaking it down into square sections and then assume a little smaller than what you calculated..

If I can't get a deal on resin, I'm going to make a temporary box around them out of 1/4" ply and see how much room they take up
