It depends. The specs say the warhorse is two ohm stable, and if you're going to drop the money on something like that might as well get the sundown.

You have to understand the warhorse isn't a typical amp design, it has to be wired a specific way. I know BumpinBuick on here could tell you more.

I'd recommend the NS-1 personally out of the two, but there are more amps to choose from.

You already have a ns1. Buy another two would be a lot more power then a warhorse plus if the warhorse ever blows who will fix it. Db-r is great for fixing sundown amps. If you need more power switch to 16 or 18 volt electrical

I have zero problems with people having a shop or other enthusiast do their build. But it's a little disrespectful they take credit for it and/or don't correct people when they assume the owner did the work. Happens all the time.

i have two warhorses and can chime in. its a very effecient amp and can run on extremely low voltage and still put out rated power. i've never had mine clamped, but it does around rated i believe. the biggest problem is size and wiring options. it has to have an actual dual 2 load. they call it a push pull. it uses the positive 2 ohm to either push or pull the sub. and the negative to do the opposite. there are two seperate inputs one for negative and one for positve. you can run two dual 4s or one dual 2 or 4 dual 2's. you can research wiring options. i'm running a dual 2 z to each. hope that makes a little sense.
