Default 4.3 alternator options and wiring

Hooked up a little something in my blazer today, and even on the baby 2000w amp I'm seeing huge drops with a 140ah out back. I have a 140amp cs144 laying around that I would like to temporarily run, but I'm not sure if these large case alternators can fit on the 4.3. I know I've seen ad244s listed to fit 4.3s but just looking at it it looks like it will be really tight on the cruise control. Can somebody post a picture of a large case alt on they're 4.3?

Also my cs144 just has a single wire plug for the dummy light. Can I wire it into the 4wire plug my truck has? What do each of the 4 wires do?

Thanks!

EDIT:
did some more searching. this video showed exactly what I was looking for, and I think I can run my 144 until I can afford to get a decent HO alt.

Just took a closer look at my stock alternator and it appears it only has a single wire as well. Looks like ill try out the old school cs144 if I get the chance sometime this weekend. Hopefully it fits, and works.

the 140 amp will not be enough considering the stock is 110 , you need at least a 175 to 200 amp .i have both for sale
