Default Amp help

Hey guys need some help on amp decisions. I am almost through constructing a band pass box for 2 10 inch Fi Q series 10s dual 2. I amp going to run three batteries the starter battery for head unit and two rear batteries for audio and offroad lighting (7 led bars, 3 32 inch and two 12 inch). The rear batteries will be about three foot apart on each side of truck bed with a manual battery disconnect from front battery to charge. Big 3 is done with royal excellence 1/0. I will run a single 1/0 cable to connect to rear batteries(around 10 ft) (ground and power) my alternator is stock 130 amps at idle on a 5.2 v8. I will run 1/0 from one rear battery to inside of cab to a fused power block and ground block under rear seat where the amps will be around 18 inches from blocks. Going to be using TSpec v12 series RCA, grounding blocks, power blocks, and cable from blocks. On these particular setup should i use a single amplifier run at two ohms such as an alpine mrx 240 or would it be wiser or run two amps at 1 ohm such as an Orion xtr 1400.1d. Any other advice or amp recommendations would be great. Thanks

Also the aq1200 does not show a listing for .5 ohm, as well as being rated at 14.4 volts where as orion is rated as 12.6, also the subs would be getting less than half their power from one aq run at .5 ohms. they are dual 2

The aq at .5 ohm will make well wellnover there 1200 watt rating at 1 ohm. Your electrical should be fine to handle the aq at .5. Like sonic said the aq is a way better choice then the orion.

aq1200 does 0.5 ohm.. all day every day.

{and that's with only one yellowtop, a 130a alt, OFC 1/0 big 3 and one run of OFC 1/0}

If you want that much power then get the aq 2200 and run it at .5

Are you serious, papasmurf?! Any amp will push those subs. If your looking to max out those drivers, get a bigger amp.
