Default need help wiring 8 subs to one amp

An illustration would be the best because I just cant fathom 8 d4 ohm subs to reach .5 on an ns1. Actually running two an never strapped before so ill search on how that's done. 8 subs per amp. I'm looking to wire them up tomorrow or Wednesday to have em playing by the weekend. I'm not trolling either LOL. Thank you in advance

So you're strapping TWO ns1s, and need a .5 load per amp (1 ohm load for the subs)? Or do you have 16 subs? Need to clarify man, lol.

Not going to happen. 8 d4 wire each sub in series to 8 ohm then parallel them gets a 1 ohm load. Any one doing this large a build should know how to do this. If you have the 1 ohm load on a strapped pair you will get .5 each amp.

Yea I'd like an illustration of some sort because I guess I messed up wiring my tv stand with two d2 10's wired up to 8ohms on a plate amp.

I'll just do a post build log. Got a 3 month old you see

congratulations! Enjoy them while they're young. Life never passes as fast as it does when you have children.

Thanks man, he's awesome. Tried to get the "baby resting in sub" shot, but he was already 2months old when I took my subs out, so he was too tall and he was crying so nothing to look at lol.
