Default aeroports

Looking for suggestions for aeroports for 18.5 cube enclosure after displacement 4 15soundqubedhds300 and material to make them out of was thinking of 2 8 inch but may be to small any help would be appreciated

not really sure how much port those will need but im pretty sure its more than 2 8inch ports. email soundqubed and im sure they will be happy to help you out.

Yea, that's less than 5.5" per cu ft. you're going to want more like 4-5 8" aeros for 18.5 net.

Not to hijack this thread but I'm wanting to try some aeros in my 4th order. The ported chamber is roughly 12 ft^3 after displacement. I have access to 6" ports to try, how many would be ideal ?

I personally think the recommendations are off. I almost exclusively have used Aero's and will continue too. That being said. I have a general rule of thumb I follow.

3 cubes = single 6"
6 cubes = single 8", dual 6"

Scale that up to 18 cube, and you could run 3 8's for nice lower daily tune, or 4 if you wanted a bit more port, a bit peakier response, and a bit higher tune.
