Default installing a tablet in dash?

what all would i need to install a tablet in my dash??...specifically the one im looking at is the samsung galaxy tab 4 10.1" or galaxy tab 4 8.0"...what i need it to do is

1) charge in the car
2) turn on/off when the car does
3) upload music/pics/videos via bluetooth or wi-fi so it can be mounted in the car permanently, like a headunit would be (if thats possible with these tabs)
4) control all of my amps

what i already have/planning on getting is

1) 1 taramps hd8000 (will have 2 gained matched..will be using a pac bass knob to control them)
2) 2 ppi900.4
3) 1 ppi600.2
4) rockford RF-BLD 2ch line driver
5) SBC rca block for the 2 900.4 and the 600.2

**if i need to change the line driver and the rca block, that is not a problem...as of right now, this is just something im wanting to do...if its gonna cost me an arm and a leg to do it, im not gonna...the tablet itself is only $300 so im not factoring that into it really....but would i need to get a different line driver and an eq?? From what ive understood from other people and reading, i would need to get a 3.5mm to rca adaptor for the tab...from those rcas, i could y-split them to give me 2 sets of rcas coming from the tab...run those rcas to the line drivers (one for my mids/highs amps and one for my subs amps bc i would be using a bass knob) to bump rca voltage..then run it like normal to my rca distro block, then to my amps

You're going to need some sort of DAC unless you plan on using the headphone out from the tab to run your amps.

I would do tablet to MHL-HDMI adapter to HDMI-SPDIF adapter and SPDIF to something like a Bit.10/H800/6to8 then to amps.

Most MHL-HDMI adapters have a pass through so you can charge it at the same time as sending digital audio out.

If you plan on running the audio out of the headphone jack on the tablet you dont need any of that stuff I listed.

If you want to go digital out to your processor then analog out to your amps you will need a digital audio out from the tablet. In order to do that you would need an adapter/adapters to get a digital out from the usb port on your tablet that a DSP can use like optical out or SPDIF digital.

The later is going to be much better sound quality wise vs the headphone out to an amp or aux in to a deck.

You could get an iPad and interface it with the deck
Good sound charges and if you make the iPad removable you have an iPad!
Leave the deck at the volume you want it
Plug in the pad and set the volume that way

I could also just do usb to usb right??..The tablet would basically be my "ipod"...just usb from tablet to usb on head unit...max out head unit at tablets max clean signal and only control songs through the tablet like it were an ipod...would only need to relocate my factory harness and my headunit

Usb signal from tablet is a digital signal. No volume control. It's already set. If using a processor, you'd control the volume from its controller or via headunit. Personally that's all a waste. If you went with iPad you could do all digital. IPad > iPure 20 > digital processor like a bitone and use the bitone controller for volume. Then you could setup a wifi hard-drive to store everything on.
