Default where to mount my amp? (silverado ext cab)

Ok i have an 08 chevy silverado ext cab and need to figure out where to mount my amp. I have a ct4000.1
its too long to fit under the passenger seat lol, too thick to stick on the back wall, not enough room under the seat (already raised my seat 3 inches with custom risers). Im running out of options, I am almost thinking about finding some heavy heavy duty water proof box, and putting the amp in the bed, silicone caulk all the holes for wiring. however thatll look pretty tacky id think.

whats your guys ideas?

Don't understand how its too think to mount on the back wall but another option is glue a board to your back seat and mount it there, as shafty as it sounds I've seen it done and work fine

amp is pretty heavy to mount to the seat and wouldnt clear the wall anyways. Have to remember I raised my seats 3 inches which means those little pivot points that stick out in the back are higher up.
heres a picture i took looking straight down the back seat, the little metal bracket when in the closest position to the wall, i have a 2.15inch clearance, the amp being almost 3 inches thick and a piece of plywood itll def be too thick :S

Do you have room to make an amp rack in front of the box? I have a full cab so I have a little xtra room but if you did a strait up amp racks vs the slanted one like I have maybe that would work?[IMG][/IMG]

Side of? Basically the amp will fit but I can't move the bottom or top of my seat if I need to adjust something. So every time I want to mess with the amp I have to take the whole rear seats out

I'm keeping my rear seats. Otherwise I'd mount it on top of the box lol

I'm assuming the Sub box is under the rear seat.
