@ sonic: that is a terrible way to get music, from my experience. either the converter or the youtube audio, but I never had good results with youtube to mp3 converters.
@ boomin: frostwire is the new limewire. I believe the programmers who were hired by limewire decided to make a freeware open source version. Not sure on the details.

I've also had good luck searching for the song and adding ".mp3" to the search. Just be sure to have noscript on and have your cookies set to only allow the websites you've added.
Most of the time the sites like the "skull" one give legit songs, in high quality.
Now it depends what level of quality you want.
Decaf (as mentioned above and many times before) is hands down the best source for verified clean music to demo or bump full tilt to.
You can also try the bay of pirates (search for song or album)
Oh yeah, and anyone who is scared, just get on your laptop and hit up lowes, home depot, mcdonalds, or any other place with free wifi (You can also find some open routers in your neighborhood sometimes, mostly in rural areas with little vehicle traffic though)
