Default Car Audio 4 Gauge

So I need to know what size 4 gauge actually is for car audio, or what the biggest size I can fit in sundown sax 100.4. A friend is making a reducer for me from 1/0 to 4 but the size online seems too small: 0.204in.

HELP please!

4ga on short runs is capable of 200a. Why do you think you need more than that?
