Default Bracing roof changed frequency?

I recently braced the roof of my vehicle. Used birch wood, kerfed it a bit and added resin with some foam. My roof doesn't flex anywhere near the same but my frequency response seems like it went up. Anyone have any ideas to drop it back down? Maybe adding deadener on the wood?

This is a picture before the resin, forgot to take one after.

Peaked at 38 last time I checked. Now after the wood bracing on the roof, it feels more like around 42-44. Im saying basically off the ear though, but it definitely went higher.

Is your subs/box movable ?
If so try moving them around some or further back to the hatch

Your cabin resonance went up in frequency
You stiffened everything up, now your truck likes 42-44 more

Open a door/window and the peak will move down a bit

Exactly, but my question was if anyone knew any tricks to bring it back down other than opening the door or window because I do that already. lol

Redo box and/or tune lower,
As far as peak in car, dont think you can get it lower unless you fill your WHOLE car with polyfill lol.
You probably gained overall output albeit up higher, I would guess like 1-2 DB maybe.

EQ?

And since it's just the ear-o-meter at the moment... don't sweat it until it's an actual, verified problem.
