Default Mmats Warranty - Customer Service ?

Has anyone ever dealt with them on a warranty issue or have any customer service experience?

I've sent in a couple of amps for repair about four years ago and had less than a two week turnaround 561-842-0600 is the number I used

I asked them a question, they sent me a reply telling me to fill out an RMA.

I am just curious because my item is out of warranty and I am just wondering if they are gonna be cool as hell and hook me up or if thats just their procedure?

So why would they honor a warranty if it's already expired?

That's like quitting a job a week before your anniversary date then ask if your gonna get compensated for the vac time.

Thats what I am saying.....I didnt ask for warranty service, I asked a question about my dead product and they said follow this link to the RMA and fill it out...

Typically a company will want to have an RMA # associated with your return whether it is warranty or not -- this way the item can be tracked as it arrives, you are contacted with your options, etc.

It's strange though, I didnt ask them if they could repair it....I just asked a suggestion.... I am sure you are right though...

MMATS has great customer service. Yes they will repair amp for a flat fee. They would recone my 6.5 but who would.

So you got in contact with them to suggest something? What was your question to them??
