Default Nothing but problems today, please advise.

So today I had to remove my lithium battery as it is finally going to a new owner. Later on I decided to remove my Fi N3 15's while I was at it because they were just riding around in the car in the box. Now I have two problems that I don't understand or know what to do to solve them.

First off my car won't start turn the key and then all I get is a click no start. The battery is resting at 12.7 so I fail to see the issue and the starter was replaced this summer and everything had been working great prior to removal of the lithium.

Second the surround on one of the neo's rotted and not just a little but a lot like bad like I think it's now a paperweight bad. Additionally the spots that where there were chips in the paint have corroded so the back platenlooks like crap. The sub that rotted looks really bad the other one just had a couple tiny spots. Additionally the other subs surround looks like it could develop issues as well but not nearly as badly wondering if some goop over the areas that look like future problems would avert them. Overall I'm very unhappy it's been a not good day it's raining so I can't exactly mess with the car right now either. Pictures will be up shortly have to upload them to photobucket.

What did you do with the wiring that went to the lithium? Were the batteries wired in a way that current would have to pass through some of those wires to get to the starter? Perhaps a fuse blew when you were removing it?

Simple 3 grounds from, front battery to lithium.
2 Positive runs from front battery to lithium.
1 Positive run from alternator positive to Lithium.
Positive runs were fused. After I removed the lithium it started right up to where I usually Park but now it won't start now.

Craziness!

Does the surround look deteriorated or ripped? Your gone all the time did anyone have access to your car and did some major demoing while you where gone? Lol because that's crazy if they just deteriorated like that so fast.

My girlfriends father replaced my wheel bearings and did a coolant flush for me. However he'd have a hard time demoing or playing them without an amp. I could have done it but I feel I would have noticed if I had. I never really played them hard either.

Sounds like your front battery is shot

Measure the voltage while you crank it
I bet it drops low

In my experience, a straight click followed by all dash lights/signs of power going out is usually just a poor connection, typically a ground. (I see this a lot on older cars with heaps of corrosion)

Even if the battery was shot, it would turn over the car enough to at least engage your starter into the dreaded repeated click sounds of a dead battery.

Check your wiring, fuses/relays. Something is shorting out and cant complete the loop.
