Default 2 runs of 4/0 vs 4 runs of 2/0?

As the title says,I'm going to be running a 5k amp and a 1k 4 ch.So about 6-7k total.I'm going to order eb flex weldind wire, what should I get ?

2 4/0 carries more current than 4 2/0.

I'm running a Twisted Sounds 8.5k, 150.4, and a 95.4. I'm using 2 runs of 2/0 positive and negative front to back. I have not had any issues.

Just a warning, 4/0 welding cable is a bitch to run if you're going underneath. It's very heavy and a pain to get it to go where you want. With that said, go with the 4/0

I'm doing 4 runs of 3/0 @ 17 feet per on a fair amount of power. Read some where a guy kept adding more pos and neg runs till he stopped gaining on the meter, think he got up to like 30 runs. More than what you need is always better

I've seen 15+ and 15- runs in full blown spl builds. I was pissed running 4 runs of 4/0 but I guess adding wire is much easier than testing boxes and all of that good stuff
