Default Thoughts on 4/0 welding wire

Hey guys Im looking to run my scv4000 at .5 ohm but I need more wire, would 1 run of 4/0 welding wire be sufficient? I found some cheap stuff in eBay that I'm thinking about but would like some input. Here's the link

It will work but just know that its not flexible.
That 4/0 would probably be similar to 2/0 skyhigh/knu/ect.
The jacket that they use is really really strong.

I have their 2/0 ran to my sub amp and its just not as flexible as I thought it would be.

Im running the same Excelene 4/0 in my car and love it! Durable and you can really feel the weight in copper. Yea it doesn't bend as easy but is great wire, def recommend

Another plus is that it fits in 2/0 lugs perfectly. No trying to squeeze every last strand in. It just fits great

Cool but doesn't that mean it's not really 4/0 then lol? Oh well I'm gonna give it a try. I was just going to add another run of knu 0 gauge but the wire I have isn't long enough for my new vehicle so I had to buy wire anyway.

It only fits in 2/0 lugs from audio companies, which is really 4/0

4/0 is the only regret I have in all the things I bought for audio. It's such a pain in the ass to work with that it's not worth it

I'm going to be running under my explorer and there is only one sharp bend in my route so I'm thinking I should be ok but then again I've never tried to use 4/0 lol. I wanted to get the knu 4/0 but it's almost 7 bucks a foot!!

I'd recommend never touching toughflex or royal excellene. They are WAAAY smaller than eb flex. EB flex 2/0 is almost as big as toughflex 4/0
