amp was stolen looking for replacement

havent been on here in a long time but was wondering what would be a good replacement for my old mm.4000.1d i really liked the 2 channel aspect of it but amps like that seem hard to find now. the 900x2 @ 4 ohms aspect was really nice

was thinking of going with taramps they seem to do rated and i have the electrical for it

idk id like to find another but havent seen any that arent insanely high priced.

currently running 2 older memphis 16-pr1x1000s (something like that theyre the older ones) while they seem to do about rated im running them at 1 ohm and would much rather have an amp i can run at 4 ohm daily and get around 1000 watts per sub 1500 would be ideal but i dont have that much cash right now due to blowing up my commercial fishing boat.

subs are tc3k based 10s dual 2 ohm in fairly small low tuned boxes they can take quite a bit of power. 1-1.5k daily easily

anyways any suggestions would be greatly appreciated as i havent been following car audio much lately

Taramps 5k 2ohm
Or the 8k and just run it at 2 ohm

Or a decent 3.5k
Sundown, dc, twisted sounds has been popular and run at .5ohm

i wouldnt mind finding something like that old big cactus 2 channel or even the old lazar opti12000.1 the 6000 they did was pretty sweet too. i dont really want to run at low ohms to get the power i want. its just a matter of preference i like to have that option if i want more power short term but daily its just not my thing.

for the price though taramps seems good to me, plus i feel like its time to try something new been using korean stuff for a long time. same boards as sundown ia and others might as well try something different

all my cheater amps have been stolen too basically anything over 2k along with all my zed amps and some subs and tons of other stuff. guy got busted on another burglary but they havent pinned mine on him. my neighbors saw it and assumed i mustve been letting him store a ton of stuff at my house. they can all identify him but apparently thats not enough evidence.

With amps today there is no issues with worrying low
(Don't wire the hd amps low for daily) shizzon says the new bass amps are .5ohm daily stable

I would get the taramps 8k to future proof
