Default Battery Wiring 2 Ways Any Difference?

Wondering if I would notice any difference in charging or output depending on which way I were to wire my batteries. One way would be much more economical than the other, both ways would be fed to junctions (feeding multiple amps) and both ways are parallel...

U want positive to go to the first battery in the back and the negative on the last battery in the back and then connect all the batts together so they charge evenly. If u don’t they don’t charge the same

That would be like #1 ? I currently have pos from underhood batt to a terminal then that feeds 3 amps their pos signal. I have neg from battery going all the way back to another terminal feeding ground to the 3 amps. In an ideal world I would have designed the setup to run multiple batteries but I didnt, so without ripping my entire interior out I can either do 1 or 2 from the drawings...The dots in front of the amp (which is actually 3 amps) are the terminals where my 4/0 is attached, then 4g runs to each amp (2 Cadence TXA's and an Earthquake 200dhc for the subs).

Your drawing is like #2 but for my setup #2 wil require much more power wire since each extra bat has to straddle my enclosure.

It prly wont make much of a difference because u only have two batts back there but if u had a bank of batts you would want to wire how my drawing is
