Default Kicker ZX2500.1

So I understand the ZX2500.1 is 2 ohm stable.
1ohm I would never, but I do have a JL W7 12 hooked up to it. (3 ohms)
I have another one on the way and am wondering is there any possible way to wire these two to this amp (mono)safely. I also plan on keeping the amp turned down generously because I noticed less heat. From my understanding I would be running 1.5 ohms with 2 W7s. Im reading some mixed input from the net just wanted to hear from y'all in here

Default series?

since you are keeping it turned down series will get 6 ohms
that would be safe

I will assume you are truly not understanding what was written.

I am so sorry. I forgot a coma sir .

this was in reference to the fact the original post said "if I order a 2nd woofer I will have 1.5 ohms" indicating he was going to wire in parallel.

Since this was an assumption I made from the fact that 1 woofer was 3 ohm and it was noted this would net 1.5 ohm. I am assuming a 2nd woofer. so if it were wired is series that would add 3 ohm and 3 ohm and make 6 ohm. this would be well within the range that the kicker would have plenty of power and be a safe ohm load. since the original post advises he was keeping it down this ohm load would be in line with what he wanted

Would it be worth it to add another sub with this amp? The kicker does 1,250 watts @ 4 ohm. I would assume it's gonna do a helluva lot less @ 6ohms.

I added a 2nd woofer even though it dropped my ohm from 2 to 4, the added surface area of the 2nd woofer makes a big difference.

even with the power drop.

it hits harder with 2 than with 1

Not sure exactly how many watts I am running @ 3 ohms either but the w7 still pounds decently Im pretty sure I can easily blow the w7 at this impedance as well so I am assuming it can easily power another w7 I figured I would run it like this until I can get my electrical upgraded because I just cant run 2 ohms without clipping I got big three upgrade but made mistake mistake of buying one of those ebay HO alts (yes im a rookie lol ) but lesson learned just trying to have a decent daily pounder until I can get a mechman or something like that can actually handle the 2 ohm load .
