Default Differences between apspl and apxx

I know one has a 2.5" coil and one has a 3" coil, but i have what i thought was an APX. I have been trying to sell it, since i barely have gas money at the moment, and was being told it looks more like an apspl. I know it was done with different parts than stock, so it doesnt look original, but i want to make sure it is a 3" coil and not 2.5", and i can't really do anything to measure the coil while its built perfectly, i was wondering if theres anything else i can look for. Similar pole vents to more than just that one sub lol.

i think they have "atomic" on the apspl which is polished and the apx is just a blank back on the motor and not the plished look

I saw that in one picture, but i have a feeling that might be different depending on when its made, i haven't checked for that but i'm fairly sure its not there. i know its not polished, but thats again probably depending on when its made.

as far as i know the apx was never polished
the apx is a bit bigger motor, atomic should have all the dimentions of the motor listed online

hi there

APSPL is much smaller than the APX or APXX

APSPL has the 2.5" coil

APX has the 3" coil,

the standard production model is the APX,

APXXs are all fully customed to the user's specifications.

post up pics and let us see what u have, it'll be easier

cheers!

I had the 818 motor on my apx which that one states. It had a 3 inch coil.

Did it look like my motor is what i'm getting at? I was told its not an 818 on another forum, but i don't know what it would be, if it wasn't an 818.
