Default Grown Man ready to Cry

So im driving down the Road in My impala enjoying the weather and A new cd i just bought from best buy. And im driving along sun is shining and all of a sudden the bass just cuts out. I was super nervous becasue this never has happend before and probably is not going to be good news. I just had my system installed nuthin fancy just a basic system ap1800 pioneer premier deck yellow top in the rear red top in the front 0 gauge and the big 3 done. Well i go to check my grounds and wiring everything is fine. Amp is not in protect mode or anything so Then i really started to get nervous Could it be my brand new z 15. I mean i just got this had it installed only the weekend. I mean i set the amp gains down to give it time to break in, and instead of being broken in its just broke. So i just emailed SundownAudio to see what can be done. Does anybody how their warranty is or customer service. I couldnt even find a number on the website just the email address. I mean are they going to give me another sub and how long is the turnaround time anybody know??

if the bass stopped instantly then I highly doubt it's the sub. Start checking connections: power, ground, remote wire, RCA's, etc...

Did the sub physically break?

And I doubt it is the sub that broke. I think something came loose.

Swap stuff for known good parts till you find the exact culprit.

RCA's, amps, speakers, h/u Etc...

no smoke funny smell though .. Yea it just happend and i just sent the email today. So its still super new but i just had to vent and tell it lol .. Im about to hook up my other sub and make sure its not the amp and i checked all the grounds and my mids and highs are still playing so i dont think its the remote. Sub still plays but has little to no output barely audible.. The sub was not broke in I just had it installed this weekend but the gains were down real low and i was not abusing it or playing it real loud either. No bass nobbery and no bassboost on HU either
