This one is from the original run of HDC3's when they all came with aluminum coils, not sure if DJ has made any running changes to them since. I actually ordered a 10", 12", and 15" at the same time, I think it was early 2008. My goal is 151db+, but with this enclosure and tuning, the 10 is reaching it's mechanical limits. I'm actually on Team Sundown, so I do have more power if need be (pair of 4500D's)

My personal goal is to do it with everything in the cargo area. I don't have enough depth to accomplish that.

My appologies, I read your comment wrong, thought it said sub up port back. I'll give it a try, just need to roll the box onto it's side. Thanks for the suggestion. That might help with mechanical power handling since the sub will be loading against something.

yeah mine worked better firing back, I had an empty hatch area so I moved it around and found that. I had a 12" and played music though so might be different

I'll post my findings as soon as I have a chance to test. Thanks again!
