Default Do I dare .25 ohm daily?

Well I can't decide if I want to try to wire down to .25 or just stick with 1 ohm for daily. The amp is a db drive pt 2000.1 and anyone you ask says its a monster. I've heard of people running it at .33 daily. For electrical I have a sprinter 100ah under-hood, a 134ah c&d in the back, big 3, and I will do 2 runs of +,- to the back. Is this sufficient enough? Apparently the amp is pretty under-rated and its been modded to run 16v (not that that probably matters).

If it was modded to to 16V they may have disabled the protect. This means that it might just fry on you if you do soemthing that it doesnt like, instead of going into protect. The only way i would consider doing it is if you know how to run amps properly at low ohm loads. (Do not have the amp on if the woofers arent moving, this will casue the amp to see a very low load and that is how amps usually cook from too low of a load. So whenever the amp is on, keep those woofers playing) Either way i would still not reccomend doing it... it is just very risky!

Stick with 1ohm. If you need more power get another amp.

I dont take advice from women! Lol jk...

Guess I'll stick with 1 ohm. With my electrical, how much power can my electrical handle? Its the stock alt on a '04 ram 1500 4.7l work truck.

I'd run .25 daily but not with that amp.
