Default SoundSplinter RL-p Users, Some Advice Please...

Ok, I have a 15" RL-p. I have been playing around with it for a few months now. I have thrown 600watts, 800watts and im fixing to throw 1000watts on it. Maybe a bit more, it all depends. It just aint getting low enough for me. Now, Could some users or ex-users tell me what the best box would be? Im running it now in a [email protected] box. Im told to tune it way lower? Some tell me to go sealed? I just need some advice on what box and power combo would be nice to get the lows a lil better? Thanks in advance...

I can elaborate more, ask questions if need be...

i think we talked about this once though pm's. but i had mine in 2.5 sealed and it just didn't have any bottom end at all. great SQ, but could never get low. now, the guy that bought it off of me really liked it. you might see what he had it in. his name over on CA was luney_tune. maybe try a folded horn like what i'm getting ready to do to the my pair of 12" rlp's

do you have many boxes that are for 15's laying around? you could try something in the area of 3 ft^3 sealed. or go down to 27hz ported.

I dont have boxes, thats the main problem. I can build, not a problem. But I dont wanna do it and still not be happy. The ill have boxes laying around. IDK, ima throw 1000watts to it soon see what it does. If not ill decide on one box I guess and build one more, try my luck. Thanks for the input...
