The overall electrical is not putting up with his stuff bcz he did something wrong. Ditch cap, make sure the batts are wired parralell. Big 3 is very important, and it isn't always good to have a lead acid batt with an agm batt. I would put the second batt as the primary only under the hood batt...but what's his total wattage?

your wiring is messed up.

assuming you are using an amplifier, the highs shutting off indicates your turn on lead is connected to the illumination wire of the headunit.

The drivers door speaker cutting out indicates either it's dying.. or you have one of it's leads connected to the wrong wire also.

Tear it out, start over, do it right.

As the others have mentioned, something in the wiring is wrong, likely due to the illumination wire. That said, I imagine it's not the only thing wrong, and the bes course of action is to rip it all out, start over, and do it right while charging accordingly.
