Default Dimming with drop only to 13.8?

alright i was driving home tonight and was listening to 3 pest by wayne. and at the beginning, the part where its punchy bass, my headlights were dimming like a muthr fukker. like it was like going from high beams to low beams. to give perspective. if was only a split second like when the bass hit. so i said ok, i must have huge drop on that note. well i came home and metered it. running, at idle, same song, same volume, same part. and it only drops to 13.8v. is that normal for lights to dim on that little voltage loss? id also like to mention that if im putting up like 3 or 4 windows at a time, my lights dimm noticeably. with no stereo on. so i was thinking maybe just a small fuse on that circuit? or a weak circuit maybe? any ideas?

Yea, probably just too fast to pick up on the meter but is actually lower than that

What battery do you have up front?

I had same thing happen, heck even with just my highs, replaced my front batt with a kinetik 2400 at that time, and it fixed all that, never dimmed again, still...with smaller batt up front, stinger spv70
