Default help me put together my frontstage.

ive pretty much decided on my substage.

4 15s built by ssacket walled in my 1997 buick lesabre run offa 2 autotek mean machine 4k's
thinking a low tuned 4th order bandpass.

Im trying to piece together a frontstage that will keep up be clear and play low (roughly 40 Hz)

I already have a crescnedo 1000c4 and a CDT SQA 4.100 to work with.

just need some idea of equipment to run.

budget is 600 or less
less obviously the preferred word here.

items ive been looking at.

tweeters:
selenium st200
Selenium ST200 Super Tweeter | Parts-Express.com
selenium 350
Selenium ST350 Super Tweeter | Parts-Express.com
crescendo supertweeter
Crescendo Audio :: Tweeters :: XST2 Supertweeter
mids:
Alpha 8s
Eminence Alpha-8MRA 8" Sealed Back Midrange | Parts-Express.com
selenium
Selenium 6W4P 6" Woofer | Parts-Express.com

midbass:
peerless
Peerless 830586 8" SLS Shielded Woofer | Parts-Express.com
selenium same maybe?
Selenium 6W4P 6" Woofer | Parts-Express.com

also need some idea of crossovers to work with.

built into amps are.

sqa4.100
30-500 high or lowpass
4x110 @ 4
4x150 @ 2
2x300 @ 4

crescendo
30-250 lowpass
50-1khz highpass

Look into these also:
X-SB62 - 6,5" 2-way system for SPL lovers
or even this
X-SC63 - 6,5" 3-way system for demanding people

These 2 sets sound amazing and can keep up with your substage but I would recommend running either set on your crescendo 10000c4. Just another option you may want to consider, but I would suggest running 2 sets of either of the above to keep up with your substage.

IMHO
unless you are running 2-3k on your front stage nothing will be able to keep your 4 15's in proper prospective - to accent your music not overpower it.

Have you considered a 10" pro audio driver and tweeter combo? It would not be able to play down to 40hz, but 80hz would be realistic. (2) 10s and (2) tweeters would be amazing loud and clear off the correct power and active crossover.

Two of these

SLC 265.25 Kick NG - Rainbow SLC NG 6.5" 2-Way Component System

One of these

SAX-100.4D - Sundown Audio 100W 4-Channel Amplifier

Will be crazy loud, and get plenty low.

yes i have considered this. perhaps i could pair that with a dedicated midbass?

i want my substage to play very low. and not expecting it to play much higher than 50.

Another suggestion:
Put the comps in your dash like this in addition to your doors and give them about 1krms and you should have no problem at least being able to hear them with your substage:

I didn't know you already had amps.

I just suggested the amp because I haz mad love for Sundown.

But those Rainbows will play to 40hz easy. Personally I crossed mine at 50 but they do great running full range.

I can shut my sub off, flip my doors to full range and make the tassle on my mirror move with just one set of those 6.5's on 100w.
