Default im pissed! what should i do.

So as you all probably know I was in Ohio bracing the suburban welding steel etc...
My eclipse had a power sterling pulley put in on Wednesday so I just picked it up Thursday.
The one guy said see if it will start up.
I kinda questioned it In my head but went out to my car and they started it for me.
So I go home and dropped it off I figured I would leave it there until I got back from Ohio.
My dad calls me up and asked me to move it so he could ride his Harley.
I said ill be over in a little bit.
I got to my house and my batteries were resting at 14.2 I was like Wtf.
Cuz I have a 16v electrical (9 Kinetik 16vs)
I then tried starting it just to see if maybe the voltage meter was screwed up.
Wouldn't even click, turn over, nothing.
I then put it on the charger and then worked a double then I left Friday night for mikes.
I left for mikes yesterday and arrived home at 11
I then decided to check out the eclipse to see if it would start.
my dad took the charger off a hour before I got home.
I looked in my car and I was resting at 15.2v
that's still no where near where they need to rest.
then I asked my dad if he saw it while it was at muffler man he said yes.
he then said they had it on a charger.
I was like Wtf.
it shouldnt have been on a charger unless they left my toggle switch on.
I have explained how it works and that it runs off a toggle switch.
I have also explained to them a bunch of times that they Are 16v batteries and the outside post is a 16v post only and the inside is 12v so they are very aware of this.
my car before I dropped it off was resting at 17.1 Now 15.2 Wtf?
What should be done?
anyone have this happen before?
they must have charged the batteries on the 16v post is my only thing I can think of .
I'm gonna go talk to them tomorrow cuz I work a double today.
I'm so pissed.

They normally rest at 17.1
My dad drove by and said it was on a charger
I'm thinking they charged my batteries with a 12v charger on my 16v post and ****ed my batteries

Holy shit. Go back to them to see what Charger they used? You stated that you had 16v batteries clearly, it was in there hands, its theyre fault. Have them replace them?

if it was me i would be at their shop atm with a Wood bat asking for my "Free repair on my car" before every last person got their new dental plan, and check up!
Mr bat gives freebies for problems like this.
"Home run!!!"

Edit: mabey thats just me but if someone wanks me stuff up they better be able to run like hell or hope they are in a different state

I'm pissed and I dont have the money to replace them and need the eclipse for the winter.
I'm so pissed and I know they will say its not there fault.
I dont really wanna go to court but if I have to...
If they had a question they could have called me if they werent sure.
I have 9 16v and that's a lot of money.
