Default Active set up help with front and rear stages

Need help on setting up an active front and rear stage and want to make sure I am going about it the right way before I purchase any amps.

If I go active with a 3 way front stage "Eclipse's Flagship Components" set up and two Infinity coaxial speakers in rear doors hooked up to 1 6 channel amp for front component stage and 1 2 channel amp for rear stage to where all speakers have their own channel of an amp. I guess I could also do 2 4 channel amps too if this portion is correct for an active set up?

Next I wanted to see if I can use my clarion eq 7 band with Front/Rear/and sub outputs so each amp has its own spot as that is what I assume an active deck is? I could be wrong but that is what I could gather is that all the amps had a specific spot just like the speakers all have a specific spot/channel the go on. Please let me know if this will work instead of buying a cd/dvd player that is "active"
For the most part besides the subs is this all I need for a fully active set up if this all I need to do?

Uh OK I did not know there was not such a thing as a rear stage as I just assumed since there was a front stage there would be a rear stage. MY bad I was just trying to figure out how I need to set this up correctly. Thanks for the laughing guy he was a whole lot of help pointing out there is not such a thing as ACTIVE REAR STAGE. I assume I can keep my rear speakers in place amped with a two channel it just wont be a REAR STAGE?

1) lose the rear speakers

2) you don't need an "active" HU, you can use a 3 way X-over instead. Some EQ's have X-overs also but just because it has front/rear/sub outs doesn't mean it has an X-over.

Yeah this is a cheaper EQ and it does not have a crossover built in. So I need to make sure the unit that goes to the amps either a EQ w/xover, X over, or HU has the capabilitiy to control my frequencies like a cross over so the Low, Mid, and High frequencies are all being adjusted before hitting my amps?

Then the amps cross overs are set before they hit the speakers?

And everyone is just saying lose the REAR SPEAKERS all together? Just run my front stage comps for all of my mids and highs?

Yea, front stage only.

I have an older MTX X-over that would work for your needs. PM me if your interested.

yes front stage only
I think it was nizzy who said this but when you go to a concert you stand facing the band right? so you want the sound to come from in front of you bass isn't as easy to locate so it can be in back

Will this deck work as an active HU for me? JVC KD-G820 it has 3 pre outs 1 for sub, and I beleive a front and rear. It has the Low/Mid/High crossovers built into the deck with a Sub Crossover to. It will let you adjust the cutoff point for all of these frequencies and also adust the Q?

Not sure if it will work as I am not sure if I can use it as it has the front and rear and i thought someone said I would have to have Low/Mid/High preouts?

If it does work is it still ok for me to hook up a line driver to get the rca voltage up to all my amps?

Well I'm not going to be popular with this but here goes;

Rear fill is rear fill but it can be "active" as you say if you have the right processor.

The world changes when you play that game.
True, a soundstage"imaging" is easier to set up with two speakers, and when it is done right with 5 or 7 source speakers, you will not hear more than three speakers playing the same signal at the same time. This means although you may have 500 or 700 watts it will not sound like much more than 300 watts.
When the name of the game is loud, I turn off the processor. I like 500 watts to sound like 500 watts!

So anyway, my point is, when it doesn't distract from your front speakers, fill is great, and your passengers will appreciate it too. In the rear doors, you will barely hear the rear tweeters from up front but feel free to turn them down using the fader.
Get your sound high on the dash. Get good midbass speakers and mount them in the kickpanel area or as far forward as possible. Qforms suck but you can modify them with deadner and seal them the best you can. Plate speakers in factory locations on most GM dashes will produce good sound from 300hz or 400hz up. On a suburban you can make pods and you will not regret it.

Yes 100 watts per channel isn't much but I'm talking old school.. My 100watts per channel is your 200watts per channel. {ha ha}
