Default Anyone here SB3 or Middleweight Bass Box?

Sorry, didnt know what section to put it in. Move it if needbe!

Anywho, looking into running these two classes next year, and if I qualify in SB3 then I should be A-OK/Golden to run Middleweight. I saw some big numbers from last year, just curious if anyone here knows much about it or who runs.

Also, couldnt find last years numbers from Middleweight Bass Boxxing?

You can look up past Bass Boxing results here.
Past Events

You can run up to 720" of cone area in Middleweight. (four 15"s, six 12"s)
From what I can tell SB3 is allowed less. (two 15"s, four 12"s)

I'm looking at an 8 10" woofer setup. In SB3 I noticed its limited to 6 batteries + stock(so I assume an aftermarket in the stock location, correct?) and one alternator all charging at 14.7 or less.

Otherwise its just a couple layers of dynamat and the doors and go from there without killing the rules

8 10" woofers also allows me to run Middleweight. Middleweight allows up to 9 10" woofers and still be in the class.

Hey skipper - did something change dramatically in the rules in the past coupla years? Curious as to why its down two db...

Bumperoosky

Anyone here compete in either class or know *relatively speaking at least* what last years winners ran?

Curious

With all things in place, I have an odd feeling that a CRX was used at some point.
